I bought this mainly for night hikes, and when riding my ATV at night to be able to light up wherever my head turns. I already own at least five other Surefire flashlights. Their products are made with the finest materials and attention to detail.
Only reason I did not give this 5 stars is it could be a bit brighter, but maybe the Lumamax I just bought, which is 200 lumen (twice as bright as this) has spoiled me.
