I turned the MySky on the first time and it worked. It never worked again. Upon checking with other suppliers, the unit has been discontinued by Meade, I suspect as a result of very similar problems. Meade is supposed to be a scientific instrument company, but they consistently disappoint me every time I invest in their products. This time, I believe I finally learned.

I was excited to get a MySky Plus. The first two times I used it it was terrific. Unfortunately the on/off switch stopped working within three days. Subsequent replacements (two of them) never turned on correctly; the video screen never came on and it shut down in about 15 seconds. After three different MySky Pluses failing to operate, it was very disappointing.
