I use plastic cameras as a way to unwind and for personal projects as I shoot Digital all day . This is the newest addition to my plastic camera collection and I love it ! I have three TLRs that I like to use all Yashica mats. and although I really like them they are sometimes too heavy/ bulky to carry everywhere. the BBF is light weight and has a cool sweet spot. the viewfinder is bright and makes it easy to compose an image. I have shot this with Kodak ektar 100 and fujicolor pro 400h . oth gave me GREAT results. I'm shooting so much more 35mm film because of this camera.
I develop my own film but for those who do not the 35mm format makes it easy for you to jump into a TLR and get prints from any photo lab. I Also Love the fact that you can shoot in square format if you choose to and even shoot without a mask to get the image over the sprocket holes in the film ( which is a cool effect).
I may even buy another one I like this one so much.

I have used this camera on bright days with 400sp film and the pics come out great. There is a grainy quality to the print, but that just adds to the charm of this fun little camera. It's lightweight since it is made of plastic. The loading of film does take some practice. Rewinding it, attention must be paid. You need to be very careful of the rewind handle. I think if you apply to much tension on the crank it could break. That is my only complaint. With that being said, if you want a fun, plastic camera that will get you some attention, then the blackbird, fly is it.
