This is a must have for any t2i owner. It completes the camera. I can't image the camera body w/o it. It gives you the professional look and feel without the costs :)

I love my T2i, but its almost too small and too light, and it looks a bit less than professional, so I added the BG-E8 grip to make the camera feel more substantial and give a more "pro" look; the grip does indeed make the camera feel more grown-up sized, better balanced and it looks good. Fit was good, and I love it.
