I have tried the other brands of camera batteries for my Canon cameras. Nothing I have come across can compare. Get the best, reliable and longest lasting battery that you can for your Canon camera. That would be a Canon battery. No other battery has proven to be worth wasting my time or money.

When you're out and about, the battery in the camera may need to be recharged. Often. this is difficult if not impossible.

Avoid this situation by carrying a spare charged battery. You may need more that one spare if you're taking a lot of pictures or doing a lot of viewing, or using the flash a lot, or...
