A bit pricey for a charger, very fast charge, about same speed for an MH-18 to charge en-el3e, the MH-21 could fully charge a EN-EL4a.

A bit on the bulky side.

I've just bought a Solmeta GPS unit and this charger works with the EN-EL4a in the DB-10 for the Nikon D300. The EN-EL4a provides enough power for both the camera and GPS unit.

I own the D-300 with the vertical grip. I wanted to take full advantage of the 8fps but did not want to pay twice as much for the charger as I do for a battery. Local shops wanted to sell me the MH-22! Until you have 3 EN-EL4a Rechargeable Batteries you don't need the MH-22 and this works for me.

I bought this charguer to chargue the Nikon EN-EL4 batteries when i decided to use a MB-40 grip with my F6 camera and so far works great.
The only thing i miss is that it is not a two slot charguer like the one from 'another' company... a pro standard in my opinion.
