I was on a cruise when my Kodak Camera quit working. I was very disapointed. So I purchased a Nikon S6000 onboard the ship. But only having one battery and one way to charge it left me without use of my camera for 8 to 12 hours. So, the day I arrived home I searched the internet to get one of the above. Very happy with the product so far.

If you are traveling i highly recommend buying this charger along with a spare battery. You can keep on shooting with the camera and charge the battery at your convenience. Also you don't have to charge the battery using your camera
