This was just awful. I purchased this thinking "ooh how great... it is half of what I would pay from a higher end retail store..." well I was wrong. The battery does not fit into the charger well, it is too loose, and when I did get it in it, the orange light did not go on and stay lit. It did for a minute, then went dark. I tried putting it in the camera, and there was no power to the camera... Good thing I had an extra battery... The first time I used it, it worked well then it just died. Save your pennies and either buy the one that is $1 more or the better brand name Canon one. Also, the description says it is 630mAh, while the back of the battery has 1000mAh. This is wrong. Well this was money well spent.
