I TOOK THIS CHRISTMAS PRESENT SKIING. THE BATTERY, EVEN IN THE COLD, LASTED ABOUT 2 VACATION WEEKS (2 MONTHS TOTAL).THE COMPACT SIZE FITS IN A CELL POCKET.VIDEO WAS GOOD ALTHO HARD TO SEE THE DISPLAY IN THE SUNLIGHT & NO VIEWFINDER. PICTURES WERE VERY CLEAR AND VIVID.LOVED THE LANDSCAPE VIVID MODE. STABALIZATION WAS TERRIFIC EVEN WHILE DRIVING. LOVED THE BIG DISPLAY. I PURCHASED A SCREEN PROTECTOR FOR DISPLAY.
