My son recieved it as a gift for christams and we have been trying since then to upload his photos,my system is saying to insert a disk that came with it but there is no disk. My son was so hurt when he could not look at the pictures he took with his first camera

Whatever you do - don't purchase this product. I purchased this at a local department store for my son for Christmas two years ago, but I was one of the smart people and opened it up before he ever received it.

The megapixels were never listed on the packaging, so I had no idea what the quality was. Once I started using it though, it was quite obvious he wasn't even going to get 4X6 images out of it - which is all I ask for in a camera built for kids.

I instantly took it back to the place of purchase, and although I had to pay a re-stocking fee, I got most of my money back.

I purchased a new camera for myself and gave my son my old Canon A610. He was four when I gave it to him, and it works just great. He can take great pictures, and he can take little videos. I keep anything worth uploading to the computer, and the rest I delete so he can go and take more pictures.

I honestly don't even recommend buying a "Kid Tuff" camera or any other kind of "kids" camera because all this is teaching them is how to point and shoot.

My son is six and he knows to press the shutter down halfway to get the photo in focus, he knows how to delete images, and even though he's still just using the auto setting, he's starting to get more curious about the different settings he can use on the camera.

My son received this as a Christmas gift. I have tried to get the pictures uploaded onto our computer and it does not work! I went online for advice and that did not work. The camera is a waste of money and I am sure I won't be able to return it because it is an electronic item.

Made of cheap breakable plastic. Software was not included. The pics get erased every time you open the battery cover! My son was not happy about that.

If you want to see a real downer for Christmas, watch your kids face when you tell em' you can't get their pictures on the computer to see...My kid shot pics of the grandparents and the family. He was so excited to get them on the computer...I have been online for two hours with no solution. He was really upset when I told him it won't work! My computers up to date. My laptop is brand new...Don't by this unless you are sick and twisted...

My grandson got this camera for Christmas,and he asked me to download his pictures because their computer couldn't. So I installed the software, and guess what, -I Can't either. that's 2 computers with different systems that won't work with this camera. I've tried the camera's software, microsoft and my favorite, ACD, which is an excellant program. Nothing works!!
The camera is a nice idea but why don't these manufacturers check their product before they disappoint so many kids !

Installed this camera on two computers to retrieve the photos my son took at a birthday party... would not do it on his computer, so I excused it because his computer has Windows 2000... but my XP system... Oh boy! I used the software that came with it and click GET PHOTOS, and it says there are no photos on the camera! And I can scroll through the photos and know there are!
