I own a fair number of cameras including a Pentax K10d, a Canon G9 and a number of view cameras. The Kodak P880 remains one of my favorite cameras. RAW images are lovely, the manual zoom lens is very sharp, and the only real deficiencies with the camera are the lack of optical image stabilization and noise problems above ISO 200, all of which are expected given that the camera shipped in late 2005 and 2006. I have more keepers with this camera than with any other.

This camera provides the best pictures for the camera type, better than Fuji s9000. This truely wide lens (24-140mm) is ideal for close shots, has no edge distortion. The images are great, and the flash options are very practically useful.

This is a great camera. It is one of only a very few digital cameras that have a true wide angle lens. It is great for scenic and crowed indoor areas. The build is very nice and the battey has never run down on me. The only thing I am not crazy about is the electronic view finder. I would like an optical finder much better.
