Comments about Kodak Kodak EasyShare Z1485 IS Zoom Digital Camera, 14 Megapixel, 5x Optical Zoom, 5x Digital Zoom, 2.5" LCD, Pink:

I bought this camera to be my main camera. I take tons of pictures when I travel and often around my house, neighborhood & parks. The resolution is wonderful. The click to capture is an improvement over my previous Kodak cameras (V705 and V1003, but probably not as quick as my Z760), but there's still a bit of a lag, and a longer lag to get to the taking of the next picture. VERY easy to use, so I used it first, then checked out the manual. I'm not even using all of the features yet, and I've had the camera for over a month. My only real problem is I think the mode setting wheel on top is getting moved occasionally when I either take pictures or change flash modes (ie. it can go from auto to some other mode). I've heard people complain about the battery, so I bought the Lithium Ion battery. It lasts a very long time for me, although I'm famous for trying not to use the flash, which may make a difference. I also print through my computer, which is probably charging the camera when it's connected to my PC. It even fits in most places where my "V" cameras fit, too. It's a SWEET camera - absolutely NO regrets!
