I bought this camera as a personal gift to myself. I wanted to have a really nice camera to take pictures of my grandson, and this is it! It takes nice clear pictures. I'm definitely NOT disappointed. I've had other point and shoot cameras, but this one has a few more "bells and whistles" that I'm ready for. I love the color, and it's really hard to find, that's why I'm so glad I called Adorama. They not only had it, but at a really great price.

I am a casual photographer who hopes to get a little bit more into photography in general. For some of the camera reviews I read before purchasing a new camera, this was the best option for the price and had all the features I was looking for to advance my skill level. The pictures I have taken are pretty good once I worked my way around some of the nuances with the AUTO settings. I love the way it photographs outdoor scenes and it has a lot of settings to choose from. Great for party photos as well. My first real use of it was at the birth of my second son and some of the videos are priceless. Sound is pretty good and the video looks good. Image stabilization is sketchy, sometimes good and sometimes not. Maybe oversensitive or I had too much coffee. I love the size and feel of it. The red body gets a lot of compliments. Overall a real good camera for the price for an amateur photographer.
