I purchased the W90 to replace my W10. Upon initial evaluation I am impressed with the many improvements that have evolved into the W90. A slightly smaller package with a better grip feel to my hands, the expanded, brighter LCD, doubled image quality, super macro, increased depth integrity are all big improvements. Not too sure about the clunky carabiner carrying strap. It may prove handy, but I was immediately persuaded to install a screen protector on the LCD to help prevent any damage from the carabiner. Headed to Hawaii in a few weeks - which prompted my purchase at this time. The W90 will get a good work out there. My W10 had become a trusted traveling companion. I expect the W90 not to disappoint.

This camera was purchased for using underwater. The first time I tried it, it worked for about five pictures and then died. I had to send it back for repairs that took almost 3 months. They would not replace it with a new one. I got it for snorkling which turned out to be a bust.
