Bought this as a lightweight camera to take on a mountain hiking vacation. It broke the second day of vacation. On my return, I tried to get Sony to refund or replace it but they will only repair it (I've had it less than a month!) which will take several weeks and so I will not have a camera for my next vacation, either. Buy this only if you wish to gamble with your vacation pictures.

The D200 is best as a pocket camera for pros or serious amateurs. It is not for the aim and shoot person who will not learn how to use a fast shutter speed to avoid blur. [...] This is not ordinary camera, by any means!

i like this product for that extra mega pixeles and pocket size!
