I purchased a Vivitar Vivicam Model T328 in November and to date I have been unable to take a single picture. The camera didn't work right out of the box and I have spent months attempting to get the camera repaired without luck. I returned it for repair and now Vivitar won't respond to my communications and hasn't returned the camera.

I would never purchase another Vivitar product.

I got this camera for two of our grandchildren for Christmas 2009. It held up and still is holding up after over a year. Their first one was a Fisher Price, this was their second one. They are now 6 and 7 years old. I am buying another one for our other grandchild who is 6 years old too.
