Two wide angle adapters are useless with this because of the
length, and although you can shorten this tube, it does not have the same thread side. It's the only option, but disappointing.

I bought the lens adapter to use with a 58mm circular polarizer on the Canon G10. Unfortunately it vignettes the corners for the range of 28-38mm. It also causes issues if used at the extreme telephoto range (lens can strike polarizer).
It works fine throughout the rest of the G10's zoom range. I will keep it as it performs satisfactorily for most of the range that I intend to use.

It is a well made filter and accessory lens adapter. You can buy cheaper adapters, but not better adapters.

I bought the adapter for my G-10 to use with a polarizing filter. It is a two piece adapter made out of a plastic. I still have not figured out why it is not one piece. The pieces can not be used separately, why not make a one piece item? Other than that I have no problems with it. It fits well, and lets me use my filters without a problem. I highly recommend it to every G-10 owner.It was everything Adorama said it wold be.

Nice to screw a polarizer filter or other types of filters. The adapter could be a few MM longer as the lens can hit the back of the filter when extended to telephoto which shuts the camera down. The indexing mark could be more visible.
