The transfer rates do not go beyond 3MB/secs, tried every possible situation used 2 laptops and 1 PC a complete ripoff.

used H2testw 1.4 to test the card which I tried more than 14 times before it never fails.

I would like a refund!

Well the card was good until it died on me. I bought one in Feb. and it developed bad sectors in my Nexus One by June.
