I own two of these & they've proved reliable & sufficiently fast for weddings (shooting a 5D2 in sRAW1). I worried that it's keeping all my eggs in one basket, but haven't had any problems so far. Just be sure to format in camera & not delete photos.

Love my San Disks. Have only San Disk cards (around 5 16GB, 2 8GB, 2 4GB, and a bunch of 2 and 1GB). Once tried another company and had an issue. I trust and rely on San Disk. If it works and no problems, don't change it.

I shoot a lot of 5K, 10K 1/2 Marathons and some races are over 1500 runners. This card allows me to shoot at Large JPG Fine setting and still get a photo of each runner with out having to change cards in the middle of the races. Just love it.

I've always sworn by brand L, but lots of my peers have been raving about these SanDisk cards. They had a great rebate going on so I picked up 4 16GB cards and have been really please with the overall performance. I can say they are better or worse then brand L, but the rebates made them the much better value.

I bought this for my 7D. I can now shoot 500+ shots before needing to download. With an 8 GB card I can shoot 500+ shots with my 1D. The card performs as specs state. I purchased from Adorama to assure it's not counterfeit.

I got this Sandisk Extreme card with a discount that made it quite affordable. The card is fast enough to allow my Canon 7D to stay in continous shooting mode for quite some time. So I am happy with my purchase.

My only criticism is general: I heard/read from a lot of people that inserting CF cards just slightly differently in their cameras bent the connectors inside the camera card slot in a way that it had to be serviced for hundreds of dollars. I heard this even from people who knew about the issue and were especially careful inserting the card - still after some card changes the connectors inside the camera bent or broke.
It seems to me that this is a serious flaw with all available CF card as opposed to SD/SDHC cards.

I've been using the Extreme III cards but the price was holding me back from getting another, so I thought I would try this one. Although still pricey, it was a better value, and I can't discern any difference between writing to the card. It may be a tad slower to download the photos; I'm really not sure, but that wouldn't make a difference to me. I love the large capacity. If they come down in price, I would certainly get a 32gb.If they would price these more reasonably I'd give it 5 stars.

I've only used SanDisk memory cards, in my years of photography. As the camera abilities increased SanDisk has matched the demand for larger and faster cards. When shooting the Mark II, Mark III and Mark IV, these cards have provided excellent service without failure.

I have always relied on Sandisk and this is another product that exceeds expectations. I have been using this product on both my EOS 1ds mk111 and 7d and it has not disappointed me, write speeds are fast. It even got wet dried it out and put it back to work with no problem at all. Recording videos on my 7d is sweet, the large capacity allows to keep on working without stopping. I know that the Extreem Pro has a faster write speed but for the price this card is just right for me. Especially with rebates it is well well worth the prize.

This is a great card and it writes my 5DMKII Files to it very fast. I shoot RAW and it handles everything without any problems. I get 500+ (RAW) shots per 16GB card. I would recommend this card.
