I so wish I had not bought this product. It has been nothing but trouble.

When I bought it in May, I found it unreliable. It would get stuck often and needed to be rebooted with a paper clip. (Better take paper clips with you.) Finally, I just bought a netbook which is lighter and much easier to use.

I decided to give it another try. I thought maybe it would perform better if I upgraded the software. I tried this following the instructions from Memory Kick on the internet. I plugged the Memory Kick into my computer and transferred the software as instructed. Next I rebooted it as instructed with the paper clip. Now it is stuck with just the logo when I turn it on. When I reboot with the paper clip, the same thing happens again. I now have a worthless device.

I emailed Memory Kick which says it will respond in 24 hours. They responded in 48 hours by asking more specific questions such as what software I have on my computer.

This is an expensive item. It does not work. I am fairly good with computers and have never had an experience this bad.
