I was told by Adorama this refurb lens will arrive as new. I was not disappointed, everything was new & looked new, absolutely no signs of previous usuages at all, unopened manuals/straps/keys. Not a mark on the plastic trunk case either. It is a bargain buying this & saved a few $$$
