For the cost this is a great accessory. It will not auto focus however it is fun to shoot with a 1500mm lens and with a 300mm zoom you get 900mms that will automatically set the exposure. With a modern digital camera you can even hand hold at 900mm by setting to the faster ISOs. All and all I am very pleased with this unit, the cost was low and the quality good. I can highly recommend it. [@]

It almost worked but the focus was impossible and it sounded like something was loose inside.I plan on saving up for the Sony teleconverter and I plan on purchasing from Adorama. [...] I really like this company. Thank You!

it is nice, it is kind of hard to manually focus with modern auto focus lens, but it does alow you to get shots that are very far away with out spending the bank.

it will photograph wildlife at night in dim light connected to a 640mm lens with no light problems...
