Comments about Kenko Kenko Teleplus MC-7 "DG" 2x AF Teleconverter for Canon EOS:

I used the teleconverter to gain zoom range for photographing sports for my high school yearbook, and I was quite displeased. Sure, the range was greatly increased, but the quality was severely lessened. Auto-focus is a joke, to use this converter manual focus is required. The images look decent on the 2.5" LCD, but once they are expanded they loss clarity FAST. If you're looking to photograph sports, DO NOT buy this product.

Comments about Kenko Kenko Teleplus MC-7 "DG" 2x AF Teleconverter for Canon EOS:

I get great wildlife shots using it with the Canon EF 75-300 f/4-5.6 II ZOOM on a Digital Rebel XT.

I would definitely reccommend it as long as you keep in mind that it will not accept the Canon Digital lenses (the ones with the white mount point)
