It's an O.K. lens but if you really want to go wide buy the
Tamron 10-24 F 3.5 much faster,sharp picture,awesome lens,it will blow you away and of course by it from Adorama because no one else can come close to there price or customer care.

I use my Tamron Wide Angle Lens for group shots or photographing cars. It is nice that I can get the subject up close and still get the surroundings.

I mainly use it for getting images of architecture or wide open scenics.. I cant believe i had to do without one of these for so long.. The only thing better would be a fisheye lens. I own several Tamron lenses and they are always top of the line for a better economical value than the "BRAND" names. If you dont have one get one awesome for tight areas where you want alot of the scene in your image.

This is a neat lens that I use for streetphoto, panoramic views and to photograph buildings.
It's not the common all round lens, but it's a must have in my bag. Small chromatic abbertion and on vinjetting. Love it!!
