Outstanding short tele lens for the Leica M cameras, very fast for low light work, beware when photographing at portrait distances at f. 1.4 this lens only deliver about 1 inch of sharpness, careful focusing is worth the effort in beautiful portraits.
mechanically this is a beautiful lens, well build and tough, disadvantage is naturally the weight, and also the focus is a bit heavy, but on such a long lens you also don't want the focus to change too easy.
Personally I travel with this, but many may chose the lighter 75mm for travel.
All in all, this is a highly recommended lens.
