I use this with a Nikon D-90 with a Nikon 55-300mm lens. The product is tremendous. Clear photo, sharp as can be. NOTE: I use Nikon Capture NX2 software which helps to cancel distortion. My lens is normally set at 300mm which gives me an effective 630mm in 35mm format, or 420mm in DX format. Handheld photos are surprisingly sharp. Auto focus is very good in normal light or in somewhat low light. Metering is right on using TTL. In addition, I use a flash extender with this setup a lot of times. Results are superb. For the price it is almost impossible to beat the product.
