Comments about Nikon Nikon 61mm Front Lens Cap for Nikon 16mm f/2.8 AF-D Lens & 10.5mm f/2.8 DX Fisheye Lens.:
One of the criticisms of the AFS 10.5 Nikon fisheye is that the lens cap can easily fall off. So, I lost mine while photographing some WWE wannabe wrestlers in Mamou, LA. This replacement (which has "Nikon" written on it), cost $35 or so but you have to have it to protect the front of the lens! This time I bought a simple lens keeper that has a stick-on tab for the lens cap, and an elastic cord that wraps around the lens. Now when the Bayou Boys slam into me i wont lose that cap!
