Comments about Voigtlander Voigtlander Screw-In Lens Hood for the 58mm f/1.2 SL-II Lens:
Well, it's a lens hood... It does what it needs to on the Voigtlander Nokton 58mm f/1.4. Does a good job of reducing flare and creates no vignetting. It connects by way of the filter threads on the lens, and as such, creates issues with using filters in conjunction with the hood. Cannot use the stock lens cap while this hood is in place. I've found no issues with using the lens without the hood, but still like the added security that the hood provides. For the price, it's worthwhile to have and I overlook its flaws in favor of the protection it affords.

Beautiful to leave it on all the time but you need a 77mm cap.
