I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer, as although it does an adequate job of protecting the lens, the various sections look like they were cut with a pair of scissors! I've left it on the highly vulnerable lens hood only, as the remainder only manages to cheapen a beautiful product.

While this Lens Coat does the job of protecting my 400mm 2.8 I was disappointed in the quality of the material and the construction and cutting.
