I bought it to protect my 150-500 while shooting in Africa's desserts, but it just lasted about two months. It is way overpriced since it is only a series of neoprene rings. The clear window sticks to lens controls when hot, and it traps dirt and sand. They should make it solid color like white, and for a fraction of the price. I choose the digital camo because it was the lightest of all colors available. I do better with my old fashioned rings made out of the arms of 2mm wetsuits. At least mine covers the whole lens, I cut holes, for all the controls, and I still can use the tripod collar which is a must with this lens.
