I looked a lot around and read many review about, but as always you have to try on your own...and I'm here to testify that sometimes the surprise are over the aspectations; in real life photography this lens is very usable at any aperture, not only considering the selling price.

Best fast lens for the LSM/M mount under $400. For the average photo enthusiast, the difference in results between this and a Zeiss or Leica will be rather minimal, but it will be a great deal less expensive.
Besides price, it's main advantage is that it is very sharp at f/1.5, which is a prime reason to buy a fast lens. It'll be sharper wide open than comparably priced older lens such as Summarit 50/1.5.
While the natural comparisons will be to the Leica and Zeiss lenses, it hard to do because they are not comparably priced. If a Leica is a 10, the picture quality on the Nokton is 9, and the build quality is an 7.5.
