I was expecting a pen cleaner that would help me keep dust and smudges off the lenses of my Canon DSLR. While it may very well be doing that, I can't be sure. I think I would prefer a "cloth" type lens cleaner.

I always have one of these in my bag. SUPER easy to use and I really love that everything is self contained in one implement versus the old method of needing various different tools to do the job.

I really like it, it cleans very good, and the black powder in one of the sides does not affect the cleaning.

It initially appears to blunt the obvious smudge, but, when followed by conventional lens cleaning solutions, the pen's greasy residue so gummed up the cleaning cloth that I was reduced to soaping my lens filter in hot water to remove the scum and then drying with a paper towel. It was that bad!

I carry this lens cleaner anytime I do photography. One of the best little accessories I ever purchased. No need to carry liquid cleaner, a brush/blower, and cleaning cloth. This cleaner is all I carry.

I have ordered this brush because of good reviews. But I am very dissapointed in this product. In my copy (as they say non-liquid compound) leaves black marks. Sorry but I want a brush to clean lenses not to paint on them.

Very great compact tool for cleaning the lens while out and about. It is incredibly easy to loose, so purchasing 2-3 would be wise, its cheap enough to do so.

Very nice tool. Love the all in one solution. I actually prefer this to paper or solution/q-tips. Super easy to use. Takes no room in my gear bag. Won't leak or crumple like paper or solutions may. This one gets my vote!

I thought I would need to get a special cloth and a liquid cleaner to remove finger prints from my filters, but this pen did the job. It also has soft bristles on the opposing end for removing dust. I find it's 2-in-1 functionality nice, and it's size convenient. Putting this in my shirt pocket is a better alternative than keeping a clean cloth and cleaner around.
