I love it, but I have great manual dexterity. I first tried it on the mirror and inside of the viewfinder (it's woth it just for that), when familiar with it's feel I used it on the sensor. Now I carry it in the field along with a dry cleaning kit incase my blower dosn't do the trick. If also buy a dry clening kit it will probably scratch the IR/Cut filter that covers the (CMOS/CCD) Sensor unless you remove the large foreign objects first, (metal or plastic)
