Comments about Tamrac Tamrac SPX-777 - MAS Large Padded Extreme series Backpack Pockets, Set of 2, Black:
perfect for additional storage for rain gear, larger items you use often and do not want to keep in backpack. Would have rated 5 stars if not so pricey! Still, I am glad I purchased it.

I bought these add-on pockets so I can carry a rain jacket and pants on my trip to photograph brown bears in Alaska this summer. In the Katmai and Lake Clark National Parks, I expect to need my raingear, but don't want to wear it all the time. These pockets provided the answer.
