Comments about Lowepro Lowepro Topload Zoom Mini, Holster Style Camera Case, Navy.:

I have been using this case for my Canon G3, not quite the size of a 35mm SLR but I use the extra space for the charger, cables, etc. It is very convenient for traveling and I don't worry about my stuff getting banged around on trips. I don't use it for going out with the camera to shoot. It's much more bulky than taking the camera alone, and the shoulder strap isn't very secure unless I wear it diagonally across my body. I might use it more if I had a bulkier camera and the penalty for carrying the case around was a smaller one. It might be quite convenient with the belt loop, but the geekiness of that option has put me off so far. The nice thing is that it's very flexible and I could imagine using it in a variety of ways.
