I bought this camera bag specifically to carry my Nikon D50 with either the Nikkor 70-300VR or Nikkor 80-400VR mounted to the camera. (Prior to buying this bag, I was transporting my camera with a smaller lens mounted. This became a pain since I often only wanted to use the longer lens and was forced to change lenses after arriving at the shooting location.)
This camera case meets my needs perfectly. There is an inner pocket where I carry a wireless shutter remote and a spare memory card. I use the outer pocket to carry lens caps, extra batteries, and the like. The bag is of very high quality and should last a very long time.
