When I purchased this body bag for my DSLR I wanted to protect the camera LCD from getting scratched from camera straps, Velcro and other nasties that might be in my regular camera bag. But it turned out being too short to fit both camera body and my MB-D10 battery pack, so I used it for my spare camera body and it works great. I'll have to keep looking to see if there is a taller one out there to handle both body and pack together.
