Comments about Tamrac Tamrac 3814 Neo's Digital 14 Compact Case, Black:
I wanted a case that I could still put in my pocket and this works well. Fits camera plus added grip snuggly and is well padded. Room for nothing else.

Comments about Tamrac Tamrac 3814 Neo's Digital 14 Compact Case, Black:
I am convinced the must-have fashion accessory will soon be a Batman utility belt. I typically carry two cell phones and a small digital camera. If only Apple would offer an unlocked dual-SIM card iPhone with a 12 megapixel camera!
I have two of these cases, one for an iPhone and one for a Blackberry. It's the first case I've found that I actually like. I don't like carrying the phone in a pocket where the glass can be scratched or buttons accidentally activated. I don't like the protective sheets. The plastic clips on some cases break easily. Metal belt clips chaff my skin and are easily dislodged, particularly when climbing into or out of cars. Holsters with rotating mounts are a disaster, as they can turn upside-down and allow the phone to slide out. I've tried at least a dozen holsters of various designs but haven't liked any of them.
I've been very pleased with these cases. They keep the phone completely protected and I haven't made any accidental phone calls by somehow bumping the keypads. The belt loop is sturdy, but comfortable, and runs the length of the case, so snagging it on a seatbelt only causes it to shift position, rather than tearing. Accessing the phone is a little slower, as it's necessary to first unzip the case, but I can live with that.
One drawback to the zipper design is that you must close the zipper with both sliders at one end or the other. If you try to close it with the sliders meeting in the middle, they can work loose, leaving the case open.
