Comments about VidPro VidPro ACT-15 Hard Shell Digital Point-n-Shoot Camera Carry Case "BLACK" , 4" x 2.75" x 1.75".:

I bought this item to protect my Panasonic LX3 p&s camera. The Panasonic is bigger than most current p&s cameras so finding an inexpensive case has not been easy. This case fits my camera perfectly, with no room to spare. I like it because it's compact and fits easily into my purse. The hard shell gives me peace of mind that my camera is protected. However, I wanted to warn everyone about a possible manufacturing "flaw". When I went into the store to test cases, the salesperson handed me this case in black. It fit perfectly, but I preferred in purple (more girly :)). Good thing I tested the purple case too, because for whatever reason, the camera did not fit in that one. It was the exact same model number as the black and from the outside, looked to be exactly the same size. We tested a few other colors with the same model number and again, for whatever reason, only the black one fit my LX3. The stripe and logo was slightly different on the other colors so perhaps the black is an older (or newer?) model with the same model number. The photo shown on Adorama's website is the one that fits the LX3 perfectly.
