The laptop pocket should not have been placed on the curved outer edge of the case. It's a disaster waiting to happen. On the very first use, the screen on my 12" HP laptop was cracked because of the uneven pressure on the curved comnpartment and inadequate padding. Insurance covered me, but I will never use the bag again.
