Really like the security it provides when walking around in a crowd. I empty my pockets while out and about and the pouch inside this backpack gives ma a secure place to put stuff.

This holds my Nikon D3100 camera, 2 zoom lenses and a flash unit in the main area and room for enough misc gear for me in the other pockets. It is just the right sizefor my needs and the fit is highly adjustable. I am a big guy and it fits me very comfortably. This is a good value for the money in my opinion amd it really works for me.

Comments about Lowepro Lowepro Flipside 200 Digital SLR Backpack, Water Resistant with Removable Accessory Pouch, Red:

I have used a few camera bags over time and the Flipside 200 has become my favourite bag now for going out on photographic walks.
After some head scratching I have now come up with the perfect set up for my walks which include carrying my EOS with a 18-200mm lens attached, 75-300mm lens, 10-22mm lens, Flash unit (I put the flash on top of the 75-200).
I put most of the accessories in the removable pouch and still have a little spot left about the size of a 50mm lens which I can put other stuff in. Some days I have had another camera body in it too.
I like the zip being against my back which keeps the equipment nice and secure and although I mostly have the hip strap off, it is easy to attach and remove again.
For a nice small pack, this thing can hold plenty and is very comfortable to wear.
The only thing that I would like added is an attached rain cover.
I would thoroughly recomend this bag to anyone.

This backpack is great for hikes or walking around town. Big enough to fit your equipment, but not so big that you bump into everything around you. My favorite feature is the zipper on the side of the bag that is against your back, this makes it impossible for someone behind you to open it up, its a great security feature!

Comments about Lowepro Lowepro Flipside 200 Digital SLR Backpack, Water Resistant with Removable Accessory Pouch, Red:

I have had several Lowepro shoulder bags for a couple of years -- mostly for carrying equipment to sporting events, band competition, etc. Not heavy use but also haven't babied them -- always good luck with them: rugged, good construction, no defects.

Wanted a back-pack and ordered the Lowepro Flipside 200 Digital SLR Backpack. A little smaller than I wanted: camera section holds Nikon D200 w/17-55mm + one additional lens. Upper section can hold additional lens, flash, etc. Once my wife started to use it, though, she has been quite happy with it and uses it all the time. I've since ordered the Flipside 300 and the combination of the two covers all the gear we need. Flipside 300 is noticeably bigger both in the camera section and the upper area -- great for transporting gear.

Both have appropriate adjustments and have been very comfortable for long periods. The 200 is best when you don't need much, 300 when you need to take more. Highly recommend both.
