Great bag. Very comfortable for day trips if you don't need to carry a lot of stuff. The integrated waterproof cover is a godsend on rainy days.
This bag fits:
1) Rebel XT with a standard zoom, a wide-angle, a 50 mm, its charger, and a portable HDD.
2) EOS 1d with a standard zoom, a wide-angle, and a 1.4x extender.
You can fit a 70-200 f/4, but it's awkward.
