Comments about M-Rock M-Rock Canyon Lands 676 Backpack / Sling Bag - Black /Sand /Sage:

This is a very nice transport bag when you need a quick access backpack or sling...it is both due to its design. Nice you can remove the waist belt for the city. (which is one of the best waist belts available) The main shoulder straps are customizable and removable! There are 4 ways to access the interior area... SWEET! It is well built, but padding is not a thick as some on the sidewalls. The bag is very comfy and zippers are the water resistant style and cause some struggle to open and close, but this is normal for this type of zip. It does keep things safer from outside influences. The pulls are the string style and work well with gloves on. Materials are top notch and very durable. Lifetime warranty... craftsmanship is typically of decent Chinese origin. This overall is a great bag and holds a ton...will handle a pro body with a 70-200/2.8 mounted. The dividers will relocate anywhere in the bag due to all the interior being soft felt for velcro adhesion, possibilities are endless and they include a real variety of sizes and shapes. There are allot of nice little touches like a LCD cloth and a rain cover which doubles as a lens changing bag! Interestingly when it is loaded heavily it wears very lightly for some reason. One thing I really like is the straps have that rubbery non-slip padding which will not slip off your shoulder as a sling or one strap backpack ! As I said this pack feels great I guess due to the design I can't say enough about how it feels lighter than other packs when loaded. I carry 2 bodies, a flash, 6 lenses, various filters, Ipod, 160GB hardrive, 12 AA batteries, media cards, rocket blower, and various small photo goodies. It will also carry a small tripod or jacket on the bottom...I carry a Modo Manfrotto sometimes underneathB&H is the place to buy if not available locally....its a great bag and I will be posting an in-depth review on [@]
