Struggles to hold a Canon 5DMKii with a 135L with hood. Much smaller than I had expected.

Comments about Tamrac Tamrac 5546 Adventure 6, Photo Backpack, Red / Black:

This is a good backpack for carrying a limited amount of equipment. I use it to carry a Nikon D300 with three small to medium sized lenses (one attached to camera body). In the top compartment I carry one SB-600 and one SB-900 flash units (in their soft cases). There are small pockets to also carry small accessories. This is a good, well-made bag, just be aware of the size limitations. Also not there is not a pocket to carry a laptop computer or tripod.

The bag is not constructed in a way to allow for quick access to your camera. You have to set the bag down to safely unzip the bottom section where the camera and lenses are stored.

The backpack fits me perfectly, I really like the size and that it has drink pockets. However, I have a Rebel XTi and it is not that easy to get it in and out.

Comments about Tamrac Tamrac 5546 Adventure 6, Photo Backpack, Red / Black:

I first tried the Adventure 7 - this was too large a packpack for a female build. The adventure 6 is a good size. The storage room is ample for all my "stuff" and a rolled rain jacket. The H2o bottle compartment is great. I have used this pack while cycling. It would be nice to have a more curved shoulder strap that is narrower for the female build.
