I've had a Billingham Series 3 bag now for over six years. It's black canvas with brown leather and I purchased their matching Metro briefcase at the same time. I carry both with me to work every day. When both are loaded up, they weigh about the same and I have one on each shoulder. After over six years of daily use, they both look about the same as when they were new. The Series 3 gives lots of shock protection, more so than other camera bags and also protects against the rain better. The only possible "criticism" is that it takes a few seconds longer to undo the buckles on the flap and get it open if you're in a hurry. However, when I'm actively shooting, those buckles are open and I just use the zipper inside to open and close it. Related to that in a positive way, if you have it zipped up and buckled and you are traveling on public transportation, it will be much more difficult for thieves to open your bag and take the camera out without you knowing about it. If you get this bag, make sure you also buy the strap pad, which is leather on the top and rubber on the bottom.
