I carry a gripped 7D and 1DS bodies, a 70-200 F2.8, 135 F2 and 24-70 F2.8, light meter and flash in main compartment. So many pockets. It gets pretty heavy, shoulder strap is comfy and stays put on your shoulder.

Yea it's a bit on the large side but when you have to take a lot of equipment it's the best. This may be on the expensive side but when it comes to the protection of my equipment it's a small investment. I carry all my lenses in this including my 500mm.The interior partitions are well made, the seams are all well done and it's made of great material.Saw this "elsewhere' for [$] but even at that is a quality bag.

This bag is huge. I received it just a day before a trip to Monterrey (in Northeast Mexico), and I was surprised at the size of it. Then again, that really wasn't a huge problem with me. The size was an advantage in that I was able to pack 2 camera bodies (1 with battery pack), 2 Nikon Speedlights, 1 17-55mm lens, 1 light meter, 1 Archos 5 Portable Media Player, and a bunch of little things like extra batteries, filters, small light modifiers, battery chargers, business cards, manuals, etc. And I still had 2 or 3 empty sections inside the bag!
Once I got to where I was staying in Monterrey I pulled out a smallish camera bag that I had put in my suitcase, in which I carried what I really needed for a day's worth of shooting, basically my Nikon D200 with lens and battery pack, my SB-800 Speedlight, one Polarizing filter, my Archos 5 (for when I wanted to listen to music or show samples of my photography) and a couple other small things. That definitely worked for me.
That being said, I don't think this item would be a good idea for someone who's getting his first bag and needs to carry it around the whole day. It's just too big.
So, great as a bag where you can take ALL your stuff to where you're traveling, and once there pull out only what you need for the day, and carry it around in a smaller bag.

I was tired of carrying two bags that didn't even have enough room for everything between them. Now I can carry everything I need in one bag and know that it is all safe and sound. Good protection and easy to configure for my needs.
I carry 2 bodies with vertical grips, a 70-200 2.8 is lens, 24-70, 17-70, tele converters, extension tubes, extra batteries, 2 flashes, a light meter and a few other goodies. There is still a little room left over with all of this stuff in there.
