I have a smaller bag and always end up wanting to carry more stuff, but not ALL my stuff. I have bigger bags but seldom felt like lugging them around on hikes. This bag is spot-on perfect for an SLR plus 3 lenses and a flash. The design is taller than it is wide, so long lenses fit standing on end rather than laying down. The bag is solidly made too. Well worth the price for the peace of mind.

I am the mom of 2 little children. Carrying this bag with me, along with a diaper bag & purse, can be cumbersome. I actually ended up buying the Lowepro Compu Day Pack, which is a backpack that allows room for a 35mm SLR & a few accessories, a laptop -- & diapers! It is much more practical for a mom.
