Comments about Tamrac Tamrac 5533 Adventure Messenger 3, Messenger Style SLR Essentials Shoulder Bag, Red / Black:
It fits the zoom (75 - 300) while attached to the camera, with the other kit lens in the adjacent section. Plenty of storage for the battery charger, spare battery, cards, cables etc. I don't have a speedlite, but there is plenty of room for that as well. Everything fits snug so it won't bounce around. The top of the bag doesn't have as much padding, but I don't thing many folks would be tossing their equipment around.
I moved off a kit bag thrown in when I purchased the camera, and this one is much better.

It's a great bag for storing and transporting my Rebel XTI and worked perfectly for a couple weeks. Then I bought two additional lenses and I get to upgrade to the next bag now.
