The good:
It is compact, easy to carry and you can carry quite a bit of gear, it is well made.
The bad:
It won't fit a larger DSLR such as a Canon EOS 1 or a 5D o5 50D with an extended battery grip attached... ok, it will fit, but VERY poorly.
If you plan on taking more than two extra lenses, you have to be creative in how you store them.

Great appearance/quality
Nice feel and weight
Excellent protection for gear
Lots of handy little compartments
Very handy and comfortable top handle when you just want to carry it
Awkward angled position when rotated to front (generic to sling bags?)
Annoying ride-up of strap (retainer only marginally retains position)
