A prior reviewer commented that the cards are difficult to remove; they are snug but I have not found them to be that hard to remove. I have found them more difficult to put in.
With that said, the construction is excellent. This unit uses hinges, not flexible plastic. Not only does is carry four CF cards (or whatever you use), but you can also put four more SD cards in it as well. I keep 4 CF and 4 SD cards in it. It is the BEST media card case I have seen.
I put down "bulky" as a con, it is more bulky than the cheaper cases out there. Now, if that means that they will stay safer, then I really don't care. The construction is much better than the other ones I have used.
However, if you are buying it just for SD cards, it is a bit of an overkill. Gepe makes a smaller case for the SD sized cards for a little less money.
Bottom line, it is well made and functional... well worth the money.

Overall nice product, but the CF cards were so tightly held in place I had to pry them out...which I was concerned would eventually damage them. Oh the irony!! I imagine over time that maybe they will loosen a bit, but right now I don't use this product.

Recommended to me by top professional photographer ([...]) ...excellent recommendation. Totally safe and secure storage for CF cards. I bought 4 cases for trips over-seas. Would not leave home without them again.

Very good product. The engineering of the product really stands out compared to other cheap products out there that claim the same features.

This is solidly built. Seems like it will last a while and protect your cards well. You can fit an sd card and then a cf card above it at the same time in each space.
